Everyone deserves quality estate planning….but not everyone knows what that means

It simply means let’s make a plan to give what you have to who you want, when you want and the way you want. It gives you control. It protects your young children if they lose their parents.

At Mona Heupel Law, we believe that estate planning is a gift you give to your loved ones. It eliminates the unknown, encourages family harmony, and provides you with the peace of mind you deserve. Contact us today to begin your journey towards securing your family’s future and financial well-being.

Let’s take the fear out of estate planning. Done right, we can eliminate the unknown for your survivors, encourage family harmony and give you peace of mind, for death or incapacity. We build a set of documents that reflect yourmorals, values and goals, following your death or during times of incapacity.

Getting started with Mona Heupel Law is easy:

  1. Contact Us: Please call the office or send us an e-mail.
  2. Estate Planning Questionnaire: You will receive an estate planning organizer to complete and return to the office.
  3. Step One: Planning Meeting: We’ll review your questionnaire and schedule a planning meeting to get to know each other and discuss your concerns and objectives.
  4. Step Two: Design Meeting: After drafting your plan, we’ll meet again to explain all your documents and address any questions or concerns you may have.
  5. Step Three: Signing Meeting: We’ll review all your final documents and sign them before witnesses and a notary. In a few days, you will receive an organized final planning notebook with a zip drive of all signed documents. You can pick that up at the office according to your schedule.

Our pricing structure is designed to provide transparency and value, with most estate plans offered at a flat fee that includes all meetings, phone calls, correspondence, your binder, and one deed, along with any changes you wish to make to the plan for one year after it’s signed. If you have unique circumstances, we can provide additional services on an hourly billing basis.
